Irregular menstruation

Irregular menstruation

Nowadays, more and more women are experiencing menstrual irregularities, which is mainly due to the generally increased pressure on women’s lives and irregular diet. However, no matter what the cause of irregular menstruation is, if the body is not adjusted for a long time, it will seriously lead to endocrine disorders in women and various skin problems will also appear. Therefore, please do not ignore irregular menstruation.

If irregular menstruation is caused by stress in life, it is actually relatively easy to adjust. Generally, through diet and other methods, menstruation can be effectively regulated and made normal, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of gynecological diseases in women.

1. Eat more iron-containing and nutritious foods

Malnutrition or unreasonable nutritional balance in women can also easily lead to irregular menstruation. Therefore, women should also have a reasonable diet in their daily life, avoid excessive weight loss, and supplement enough iron to avoid iron deficiency anemia due to excessive menstrual flow.

2. Eat more high-fiber foods

Foods rich in fiber help regulate menstruation. High-fiber foods include fresh fruits, vegetables, oats, brown rice, etc. These foods have the effect of moisturizing the intestines and improving constipation, so it is recommended to eat them in moderation. In addition, foods rich in fiber can promote the secretion of estrogen, increase the magnesium content in the blood, and improve menstrual irregularities.

3. Avoid eating raw, cold foods

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that blood will coagulate when it gets cold. If women often eat raw, cold foods, it will damage the body's yang energy, leading to poor blood circulation, and prone to menstrual irregularities, low menstrual blood volume, and menstrual problems such as dysmenorrhea and amenorrhea. Therefore, during menstruation, it is advisable to eat warm food to promote smooth blood circulation.

4. Avoid spicy food

Eating spicy food during menstruation can easily cause pelvic vasoconstriction, resulting in too little menstrual blood flow or even sudden cessation. If this continues for a long time, dysmenorrhea or menstrual disorders may occur.

If you have irregular menstruation, you can regulate your menstruation and make it normal by following the above methods. In fact, some gynecological inflammations can also cause irregular menstruation. Therefore, if you are diagnosed with gynecological inflammation, please seek treatment in time.
