2. Staying up late

Staying up late is the enemy of skin care. Lack of sleep will cause various regulatory activities of skin cells to become abnormal and affect the vitality of epidermal cells. So you should sleep at least 8 hours a day. If you sleep less than this, you should re-estimate your health index. A good and sweet sleep can eliminate skin fatigue, restore the regulatory activities of skin cells to normal, and delay skin aging.

Water is the source of life. The key to skin care is to replenish the skin with enough moisture in time. If you don't drink enough water, it will lead to insufficient oil secretion and your skin will easily become dehydrated, so you must force yourself to drink 6 to 8 glasses of water every day, but don't drink caffeinated beverages.

50 years old is already advanced age for women. At this time, the skin is already in a rapid aging stage. If not well cared for, it may accelerate aging and make the skin worse.
