Tubal pregnancy, women of childbearing age should pay attention

Among cases of ectopic pregnancy in women of childbearing age, tubal pregnancy is very common. In this case, the fertilized egg implants in the fallopian tube and continues to develop. There are many reasons for this ectopic pregnancy, some are due to poor development of the fallopian tube, while others are due to poor development of the muscle layer or lack of mucosal cilia. If a fallopian tube pregnancy occurs, it is very dangerous and you should go to the hospital for treatment as soon as possible.

In fact, the most dangerous thing about fallopian tube pregnancy is that there is no detection in the early stages until it can no longer continue to develop. If situations such as fallopian tube rupture occur, it will cause repeated bleeding in the patient, leading to adverse consequences such as hematoma and shock. If treatment is not timely, the patient may lose his life due to excessive blood loss.

To prevent tubal pregnancy, you need to understand some early symptoms:

1) Abdominal pain : Most patients come to the hospital for treatment due to sudden abdominal pain, and the incidence rate is over 90%. It often starts with severe pain in the lower abdomen on the affected side, like a tearing sensation, which may then spread to the entire abdomen. The degree and nature of the pain is related to the amount and rate of internal bleeding.

2) Amenorrhea : Tubal pregnancy often causes amenorrhea. The duration of amenorrhea is mostly related to the site of tubal pregnancy. If the pregnancy occurs in the isthmus or ampulla, abdominal pain symptoms usually occur around 6 weeks after menopause and rarely last more than 2 to 3 months.

3) Irregular vaginal bleeding: Tubal pregnancy can cause endocrine changes, followed by degenerative changes in the endometrium, and necrotic decidua are discharged in fragments or intact. Uterine bleeding is often irregular spotting and dark brown. It can only be completely stopped after the lesion is removed.

4) Syncope and shock : Patients often experience dizziness, cold sweats, palpitations, and even syncope and shock while experiencing abdominal pain. Its degree is related to the speed and amount of bleeding.

Currently, minimally invasive surgery is generally used to treat tubal pregnancy. This type of surgery is less invasive, causes less pain to the patient, and allows for faster recovery. Since this surgery is performed with the help of endoscopic equipment, the surgical error is smaller, but even so, it still requires professional and experienced doctors to perform it.
