Women have an immortal hole

Massaging the acupuncture points on the body can play a very good health-care role. For women, Sanyinjiao point is particularly important and can be said to be the "immortality point" of women. It is a "panacea" for gynecological diseases, and some people call it "Nü Sanli". Regularly massaging this point can help women maintain their youth, delay aging and postpone menopause.

Sanyinjiao acupoint is the intersection of three yin meridians: the Taiyin spleen meridian of the foot, the Jueyin liver meridian of the foot, and the Shaoyin kidney meridian of the foot, hence the name. It is located on the inner side of the calf, 3 inches above the tip of the inner ankle (i.e. the width of the four fingers except the thumb), in the depression behind the tibia.

The benefits of regularly massaging the Sanyinjiao acupoint include: replenishing blood, nourishing the skin, and tightening muscles. According to traditional Chinese medicine, the spleen controls muscles. As people age, their muscles gradually become loose, thus showing an old look. Regular massage can strengthen the spleen, thereby slowing down the process of muscle relaxation and allowing women to maintain healthy muscle condition. Regulate menstruation and improve skin. Sanyinjiao is the acupuncture point where the spleen, liver and kidney meridians intersect. Among them, the spleen generates qi and blood and controls the blood. The liver stores blood, and the kidneys generate essence and blood. As long as a woman has sufficient qi and blood, problems such as irregular menstruation will disappear. The spots, acne and wrinkles on women's faces are actually related to irregular menstruation.

The following methods can be used to massage Sanyinjiao: Massage method, press the opposite Sanyinjiao with the thumb or middle finger, one press and one release counts as one time; or massage Sanyinjiao first clockwise and then counterclockwise, for 10 minutes. Tapping method: Make a fist with one hand and rhythmically tap the Sanyinjiao point on the opposite side about 20 times, alternating between the two. Friction method: rub your palms to warm them up and then rub the Sanyinjiao acupoint about 20 times. In addition, moxibustion before going to bed can help you sleep. Women with dysmenorrhea can start massaging Hegu and Sanyinjiao for 3-5 minutes every day about a week before menstruation; stimulate Sanyinjiao point 2-3 times a day, each time for 2 minutes (to produce a sore and swollen feeling); when menstruation is about to come or dysmenorrhea occurs, put 2 grams of medicine powder on adhesive tape, apply it to Sanyinjiao point, and change the dressing once every other day.
