First, consuming high-sugar and high-fat foods will disrupt the body's normal metabolism of sugar and fat . Long-term high-sugar diets will gradually weaken the effect of insulin, leading to insulin resistance, which makes blood sugar control difficult and increases the risk of diabetes. Excessive calorie intake will also increase the risk of obesity, so it is not suitable for people with high blood sugar and high blood lipids.
