Why do people have strokes?

What we usually call stroke is also called cerebral infarction.

According to the clinical manifestations of stroke, it can be divided into ischemic stroke (cerebral infarction) and hemorrhagic stroke (cerebral hemorrhage).

Why do people have strokes?

The main reason is an unhealthy lifestyle, such as sitting for long periods of time, staying up late, being overly tired, using electronic products for long periods of time, high work pressure, an unreasonable diet, overeating and drinking, smoking and drinking, and having a bad temper. These behaviors will subtly affect our vascular health.

What are the signs of a stroke?

Hypertension, high blood lipids, high blood sugar, obesity, heart disease, lack of exercise, and smoking are recognized as high-risk factors for stroke. The first five can be considered precursors to stroke.

How to prevent stroke?

Prevention of stroke starts with "controlling your diet and moving your legs". Strengthening physical exercise is an effective way to prevent stroke. Sports such as walking, jogging, mountain climbing, swimming, shuttlecock kicking, badminton, table tennis, etc. are suitable for most people to participate in. As long as scientific exercise is carried out, it is very effective in preventing stroke.

Scientific exercise must first be gradual. It is recommended to gradually increase from 5 minutes to 30 minutes each time, and exercise about 3 times a week on average. Such moderate exercise can benefit the human body in many ways. It can increase the body's maximum oxygen consumption, control blood lipids and blood sugar, reduce obesity, and reduce resting heart rate. Although the heart rate will increase during exercise, long-term exercise will produce a self-regulating effect, which can reduce the heart rate, especially the resting heart rate. In addition, the effect of exercise on blood pressure is obvious. It is beneficial to improve myocardial strength and efficiency, lower blood pressure, and it is also helpful for the release of tension and stress in the human body.

So, you see, there is a great way to prevent stroke; eating less and exercising more is the key!
