Regular cardiopulmonary exercise

Regular cardiopulmonary exercise

Our entire body needs oxygen to burn the energy stored in the body and turn it into heat energy. Organs and muscles need heat energy to move.

Oxygen is inhaled by the lungs, so the size of the lung capacity and the number of activities are very important; the heart is responsible for sending oxygen to various organs and parts through the blood circulation system, so the strength of the heartbeat will affect the blood flow. Cardiopulmonary function includes the blood circulation speed, the strength of the heartbeat, the capacity of the lungs and the number of times. Therefore, it is also very important to strengthen cardiopulmonary function.

Taking a little time to shout every day can also play a role in exercising the heart and lungs. Shouting loudly can increase lung capacity and promote lung circulation. From a physiological structure point of view, the heart and lungs are originally integrated. If the lung circulation is good, the heart can send more oxygen to various organs and parts through the blood circulation system, and the heart function and body function will gradually improve.

When people squat, it is beneficial for the smooth flow of qi and blood, and the relatively abundant blood flow to the heart and lungs, which can relieve arteriosclerosis, reduce blood lipids, and reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease and stroke. Squatting can also increase the range of motion of the chest and lungs, thereby improving cardiopulmonary function. Aerobic exercise is beneficial to improving the function of the heart and lungs. Any continuous, rhythmic and cyclical exercise involving large muscle groups that reaches a certain intensity can be considered aerobic exercise. Common types include brisk walking, jogging, cycling, aerobics, swimming, etc. It is recommended to exercise at least 3 times a week, each time for about 30 minutes, to achieve the exercise effect.

When singing, the diaphragm moves up and down greatly and frequently between inhalation and exhalation, causing the chest and abdomen to vibrate. This action can massage the internal organs to enhance their functions. It can also slow down the decline of cardiopulmonary function. The repeated inhalation and exhalation during singing can enhance the cardiopulmonary function while keeping the upper respiratory tract unobstructed. Most general fitness activities can only move the limbs and muscles, but singing can massage the internal organs, activate the potential of the internal organs, and promote the health of the internal organs. Singing can also make people happy. When the mood is good, the whole condition of the person will naturally be good.
