Why three reductions?

Excessive intake of salt, oil and sugar can lead to various diseases such as osteoporosis, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

It is recommended that you consume no more than 5 grams of salt, 25 grams of cooking oil, and 50 grams of sugar per day.

1. Healthy Oral Health

Brush your teeth properly twice a day, morning and evening, for at least 2 minutes each time. Brushing your teeth before going to bed is very important.

Have regular dental check-ups and teeth cleaning (scaling) at least once a year;

Clean the mouth from birth, treat deciduous tooth diseases as early as possible, and protect the health of permanent teeth;

Fluoride application and pit and fissure sealing are safe and effective measures to prevent caries;

Use dental floss or an interdental brush to clean between teeth;

Repair missing teeth promptly.

2. Healthy weight

Measure your weight and waist circumference regularly to know your own changes early: calculate the body mass index (BMI), 18.5≤BMI<24.0 for adults is normal; the waist circumference of men should not exceed 85cm, and the waist circumference of women should not exceed 80cm to prevent central obesity;

The key to weight loss is to reduce fat, control weight scientifically, and not blindly lose weight excessively;

Preventing obesity among children and adolescents can reduce the risk of various chronic diseases in adulthood.

3. Healthy Bones

Nutrition, exercise, and sun exposure are beneficial for promoting or maintaining bone mass;

Exercise scientifically to prevent injuries, protect bones and joints throughout the body, and maintain continuous mobility;

Children and adolescents should improve their posture and body shape, sit less and exercise more;

People over 40 should test and understand their bone density to prevent osteoporosis;

The elderly should pay attention to strength and balance exercises to prevent falls and fractures.
