3. Pregnant women should sleep on their left side at night, and it is best to put a pillow between their legs. When moving while lying in bed, first close your legs, use your hands to support your body, and then move slowly.

4. In addition, activities such as swimming and yoga are also helpful in preventing and alleviating pubic separation pain.

If the above method has no effect, pregnant mothers need to go to the hospital to seek help from a doctor.
