Make your own matcha bread at home, sweet and soft, kids love it!

Bread is a staple food that often appears in children's breakfast. It is not only convenient, but also tastes great. But everyone must have discovered that commercially available bread is getting more and more expensive, and some are not very large in quantity. In order to make the bread for children to eat well and be full for breakfast, it is best to make it yourself!

Today I recommend delicious and beautiful Matcha Pumpkin Bread. Each one is very cute. 2-3 is just right for children to eat for breakfast, and it will not affect the intake of other fruits and vegetables. The key point is that the bread is made by yourself, so the amount of fillings is absolutely sufficient.

If you don't like the taste of matcha, you can omit the matcha powder. You can also consider the preferences of your children and family members when choosing the fillings. Replacing the red bean paste with coconut flakes, pork floss, cheese, or cheese rolls are all very good choices.

If you change the type of filling, the final baking temperature and time should be adjusted according to the temperament of your own oven to prevent overcooking or undercooking.

Material:

250g high-gluten flour, 175g milk, 30g white sugar, 8g fresh yeast, 3g sea salt, 20g butter, 10g matcha powder, 180g red bean paste (15g each)

step:

1. Put all the ingredients except the red bean paste into a food processor and beat them into a smooth dough.

2. Put the dough into a bowl and ferment it for the first time until it is 2.5 times larger.

3. Divide each dough into 12 pieces after fermentation.

4. Divide each bean paste into 15g pieces, wrap them in the dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 10 minutes

5. Roll the dough into a tongue shape, cut it a few times with a scraper, do not cut off one end, braid it into a twist shape, close the end and roll it down

6. Put it into the mold and ferment it at 36 degrees for 35 minutes, then bake at 190 degrees for about 20-22 minutes.
