Yellow watery vaginal discharge

Yellow watery vaginal discharge

In daily life, many women find that their secretions are not the normal color, but yellow in color. Many women are worried that they have some gynecological diseases. But I was too embarrassed to see a doctor, so I was worried every day. So why does the secretion turn yellow? How to prevent yellow leucorrhea? Next, I will introduce them one by one for your reference.

Why does the discharge turn yellow?

1. Cervical inflammation

Leucorrhea is yellow with a strong odor or is milky white and pus-like, often accompanied by abdominal pain. It is usually caused by introverted cervicitis or endocervicitis.

2. Candidal vaginitis

If the leucorrhea is yellow-green or turns yellow with a strong odor, is rare and sticky, or is like rice water and grayish white, it is mostly caused by vaginal fungi.

3. Amoeba infection

Leucorrhea is yellow and bloody, and is a serous or viscous secretion, sometimes mixed with fine rotten meat-like substances (looking like yellowish miso soup), which is mostly caused by amoeba infection.

4. Fungal infection

The leucorrhea is soybean dregs-like, most of the time the material is thick, sometimes it can be thinner, typically milky white, like soybean dregs, or like milky white blocks or small pieces like lotion, most of which are caused by fungal infection.

5. Cervical adenocarcinoma

When suffering from cervical adenocarcinoma, due to the stimulation of the tumor on both sides of the fallopian tube epithelial cell exudate and diseased tissue necrosis, the leucorrhea increases and appears as intermittent, clear, yellow-red liquid, which is discharged from the vagina in bursts, continuously.

6. Various malignant diseases

When women suffer from cervical cancer, vaginal cancer, uterine cancer and other symptoms, the "secretions" they secrete are mostly manifested as: increased leucorrhea with a strong odor, rice-washing water-like, turbid, and sometimes blood.

How to prevent yellow leucorrhea?

1. Wear pure cotton jeans that are breathable

Usually, try to wear pure cotton and ventilated underwear to keep comfortable. If you have little secretion, try not to use sanitary pads. If you use them, you must change them frequently to avoid the breeding of bacteria.

2. Avoid drug abuse

The use of antibiotics must be approved by a doctor and prescribed by a doctor, because although antibiotics can kill bacteria, they will promote the growth of fungi, so do not abuse them.

3. Eat less irritating foods

Under normal circumstances, our immune system will automatically respond to these invading bacteria, so we usually need to have a healthy and balanced diet, eat less irritating foods, and allow the body's immune system to function normally.

4. Avoid excessive vaginal cleaning

Under normal circumstances, our vagina will maintain a balanced pH value. Try not to clean the vagina with detergent or disinfectant, or even clean it too often. This may not only destroy the balance of the vaginal environment, but may also cause vaginal damage. Therefore, it is usually sufficient to clean it with warm water.
