1. From the perspective of prevention.

1. The temperature difference between morning and evening in winter is relatively low, and the cold evil gradually becomes stronger. You should wear a mask, gloves, and a windproof and warm hat when going out.

2. Winter is cold, and it is a season with a high incidence of cardiovascular diseases, frostbite, infarction and other diseases. Especially for people over 50 years old or those working in the elderly and frail industries, maintenance is of utmost importance.

3. When engaging in outdoor work, wear windproof and warm clothes, eat a full and warm breakfast on time, keep the head, face, torso, hands, and feet warm to prevent exposure to cold, and, if conditions permit, take special measures to protect the navel from wind and heat.
