2. Deliberately spreading AIDS will be punished by law

"Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Organizing, Forcing, Enticing, Harboring, and Introducing Prostitution"

Article 12: Anyone who knowingly engages in prostitution or solicits prostitution while knowing that he or she is suffering from AIDS or is infected with the AIDS virus shall be convicted of the crime of spreading sexually transmitted diseases and punished more severely in accordance with Article 360 ​​of the Criminal Law.
