(3) The main operation method of the monocular training method is: you can first cover one eye with your hand, and stare at an object in front of you with the other eye, then switch to another object for about 30 seconds, then switch to the other eye, and repeat several times.

(4) Resting and looking into the distance: First look into the distance, then look near, and use your eyes alternately between near and far. This can improve the over-adjustment of the eyes when looking at close objects, relax the ciliary muscles, and allow the eyes to get enough rest.
