Huawei's official Weibo account announced that as of the first quarter of 2024, Huawei's global cumulative router shipments have exceeded 100 million units. It has been nearly ten years since Huawei released its first home router in 2015. Ten years is not long, it is almost a blink of an eye; ten years is not short either. During this period, Huawei has embarked on a road of struggle from catching up to surpassing and then leading with its tireless spirit of exploration and perseverance.

Long-term strategic vision and outstanding technological innovation capabilities

This milestone achievement not only demonstrates Huawei's leadership in the router market, but also is a strong proof of its technological innovation and product R&D capabilities. In fact, Huawei started its R&D journey much earlier, having invested in router chips as early as 2003.
