JDPowter: iPhone ranks first in smartphone consumer satisfaction survey for the 9th consecutive time

This is the second championship that Apple has won in two days. In yesterday's JDPowter smartphone consumer satisfaction survey, the iPhone won the first place for the 9th time in a row, continuing to enjoy the halo of "the most satisfactory smartphone for consumers in the United States." Today, Apple received another first place award: the best brand of personal computer user experience, and the survey was conducted by the statistical agency Temkin Group.

It is understood that the survey results were obtained by Temkin Group through random interviews with about 10,000 American consumers. In the interview with the best brand of personal computer user experience, Apple won the first place with 65% of the votes. HP ranked second with 62% of the votes. Temkin Group said that the user experience in the personal computer field has been steadily improving, because PC manufacturers such as HP have been gradually narrowing the gap with Apple.

Functionality, usability, and human-computer interaction are the three starting points for Temkin Group's survey. Obviously, no manufacturer has yet surpassed Apple in the comprehensive index.
