Twitter is only 60% of Instagram on the iPhone in the U.S. On the evening of December 18, 2012, data from data analysis company Onavo showed that Instagram's web traffic increased after Twitter was banned from displaying its photos. Earlier this month, Instagram disabled Twitter's ability to display Instagram photos on its website and app, making it impossible for Twitter users to browse Instagram photos normally. Onavo data shows that Instagram's web traffic has begun to grow in the past two weeks. Data shows that more than 18% of US iPhone users use Instagram every day, while the proportion of Twitter is less than 11%. This is a big difference.
