Menopausal syndrome refers to a series of physical and mental symptoms caused by fluctuations or decreases in sex hormones before and after menopause in women. Menopause can have persistent adverse effects on cardiovascular, skeletal, and cognition, and requires comprehensive health management, including annual health examinations, recommended reasonable diet, increased social and mental activities and healthy exercise, and the development of good living habits. It is recommended to consume whole grain fiber, sufficient vegetables and fruits, fish twice a week, control sugar (less than 50g/d), less oil (25-30g/d), limit salt (less than 6g/d), limit alcohol and quit smoking, drink enough water (1500-1700ml/d), insist on regular aerobic exercise every day, a total of 150 minutes per week, plus 2-3 resistance exercises to increase muscle mass and strength.
