There is a hard pimple on the vulva

A hard bump on the vulva may be an obvious genital wart, or it may be a sebaceous cyst or an inflammatory infection.

1. Genital warts: Genital warts are mainly caused by HPV virus infection, which may be transmitted through sexual intercourse and easily lead to obvious skin growths in the anus or vagina. You can apply anti-inflammatory ointment and also use warm water to clean the area.

You cannot have sexual intercourse during the treatment period. Wear loose and breathable underwear to keep the local area dry and clean. Observe the local recovery of the vagina at any time and eat a light diet.
