3. Foods that disperse blood and detoxify are recommended. Mung bean, rice, loofah, eggplant, purslane, green tea leaves, etc.

4. It is best not to eat these foods for private lichen sclerosus?

1. Avoid eating foods that cause hair growth. Such as freshwater fish, shrimp, crab, chicken head, braised pork head, duck meat, chicken legs, chicken feet, etc., will aggravate the itching and inflammation of the private parts after eating.

2. Try to avoid eating spicy food and irritating ingredients. For example: onion, pepper, chili pepper, Sichuan pepper, cilantro, and fennel.

4. Quit smoking and drinking. Alcohol and cigarettes are very irritating and will aggravate inflammation.
