In this regard, Dr. Deng from the Department of Dermatology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine explained that the man’s hemangioma was not a real acne, but the disease manifested itself in the form of acne.

Dr. Deng said that acne is medically called acne, a chronic inflammatory skin disease that often occurs in areas with high oil secretion, such as the face, upper chest, and back.

Deng Wanying, a dermatologist at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine: Acne is divided into several stages of different inflammatory reactions. If it is mild, some blackheads and whiteheads are formed; when it is red and inflamed, small pus spots are formed, which is moderate acne; when nodules and cysts form on its surface, this is called severe acne, and it has a very mature pus spot on it. Dr. Deng stressed that no matter what stage the acne is in, it is not recommended to squeeze it yourself. If the hands and skin are not disinfected, squeezing the acne may cause new infections. Unscientific squeezing may also cause pus to spread to the tissues around the hair follicles, aggravating inflammation. This is why many people feel that the acne they squeezed heals very slowly.

Dr. Deng also said that there is a "danger triangle" on the face. Many blood vessels in this area are connected to the brain. If you squeeze it improperly, it may cause bacteria to enter the brain and cause serious infection. If you have acne or blackheads, don't squeeze them!
