First, let us understand sinusitis. Sinusitis is an inflammatory disease of the sinus mucosa, which often exists at the same time as rhinitis. The course of the disease is within 12 weeks for acute sinusitis and more than 12 weeks for chronic sinusitis.

Both types of sinusitis have the following common symptoms, namely nasal congestion, runny nose (mostly purulent or mucous), olfactory impairment, headache, etc.

Due to the large amount of nasal secretions or the thicker secretions, mucus stimulants are often given during drug treatment. Olonma oral drops belong to this category and are used for acute sinusitis and acute attacks of chronic sinusitis.
