On November 11, at the 258th press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia in Beijing, Chaoyang District Deputy Mayor Yang Beibei and Haidian District Deputy Mayor Lin Hang reported on the division of the two districts' containment areas and control areas.

Chaoyang District

Designated as a closed area

Yang Beibei introduced that in accordance with the principle of strictness and tightness, Chaoyang District strictly controls the residential areas, buildings and other areas and activity venues where the cases are located. Among them, Shengli Hotel and Tarim Hotel Conference Building are designated as control areas, and the "area is closed and no one is allowed to leave the house" is implemented; Building 6, Courtyard 7, China Trade City, and PetroChina Kunlun Building are designated as control areas, and the "people are not allowed to leave the area and gatherings are strictly prohibited" is implemented; the three communities of Beishatan Courtyard 4, Beishatan Courtyard 6, and Agricultural Machinery Institute around the hotel are designated as strengthened prevention areas, and Taiyanggong Fengheyuan Community is designated as a prevention area, and the "strengthening of social control and strict restrictions on gatherings of people" are implemented. Strict prevention and control measures are implemented for residential communities, supermarkets, "seven small" stores, etc. around the involved points. Simultaneously start the life service guarantee in the control area, and provide personalized life services for special groups such as the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled.

Chaoyang District has strengthened the epidemic prevention management of hotels and guesthouses, and will conduct risk inspections on all hotels in the district starting today; it will focus on checking the check-in status of people coming to Beijing from medium- and high-risk areas, strengthen inspections of all people who have seen the health code pop-up window, and "check people on the spot"; it will strictly manage the "Double Eleven" express delivery and logistics industry, supervise the implementation of measures such as express delivery disinfection and health monitoring of express delivery and takeaway workers, strictly control offline activities, and remind key commercial enterprises in the region to suspend promotional activities to avoid crowds.

Carry out lockdown management

Lin Hang, deputy district mayor of Haidian District, introduced that based on the flow survey of the population, Haidian District immediately sealed off and controlled Area C of R&F Taoyuan Community and adjacent Areas A and B across the road, Qinghe No. 4 Elementary School, Tsinghua Science Park Innovation Building, China Petroleum Exploration and Development Institute and other areas, and knocked on doors overnight to organize nucleic acid testing for all personnel in the relevant areas. As of 12:00 on the 11th, a total of 9,250 personnel samples and 596 environmental samples had been collected, and 2,320 results had been released. Except for 11 positive samples collected from the bathroom, dining table, kitchen and other locations of the case's family, and 2 positive samples collected from the workplace of Case 2, the test results of the remaining samples were all negative.

At the same time, we will continue to strengthen community control measures in the surrounding communities and adjacent towns of Fuli Taoyuan C District, and increase the screening and control of various risk personnel; after evaluation, we will initiate nucleic acid testing for all personnel in some areas, and classify and control measures based on the test results. We will fully use 2,000 centralized isolation points at the town and street level in the district.

In addition, Haidian District has also strengthened service guarantees in various aspects such as life and medical care for people in the closed and controlled areas, increased care and concern for special groups, provided psychological services to residents during the lockdown, and conducted various risk inspections to ensure stability and order.

The trajectory of new cases in Chaoyang District is announced

Yang Beibei, deputy district mayor of Chaoyang District, introduced that from 0:00 to 24:00 on November 10, Chaoyang District added 2 new confirmed cases of new coronavirus pneumonia (mild). They were close contacts in Beijing of confirmed cases reported by Jilin Province on November 10. They have been transferred to designated hospitals for isolation and treatment.

Confirmed case 1: Guo Mou, an employee at the headquarters of China Kunlun Engineering Co., Ltd.

From October 28 to November 10, we stayed at Beijing Victory Hotel and Tarim Hotel and held meetings;

On November 5, I went to the headquarters of China Kunlun Engineering Co., Ltd. and picked up something at the front desk of the Dongzhimen branch of China Coal Hotel at 15:00. At around 18:00 in the evening, I went to Xiaoxiang Building for dinner.

At 10:00 on November 6, we will have dinner at Qinmen Xi'an Restaurant (Guoao Branch); in the afternoon, we will go to Miyuan Coffee House; in the evening, we will have dinner at Huangmen Laozao Hotpot (Asian Games Village Branch);

On November 7, I went shopping at the 6688 store of Century Hualian Supermarket in Beishatan;

On November 8, I went to the headquarters of China Kunlun Engineering Co., Ltd. at 8:00 am, arrived at the Raffles Shopping Mall at around 13:00 in the afternoon for shopping, arrived at the Petroleum Building at around 14:30, and went to Tunlaoer Farmhouse Iron Pot Stew for dinner at 19:40.

On November 9, I arrived at Building 6, Yard 7, Huamao City, Laiyuanying, Chaoyang District, Beijing. At around 13:00 in the afternoon, I went to 7-Eleven (Dongzhimen store) for shopping. At around 18:50, I went to Menkuang Hutong Centennial Luzhu Datun Road store for dinner.

Confirmed case 2: Mr. Wang, a person from Dalian Petrochemical who was on a business trip to Beijing.

Arrived in Beijing on October 28;

At 19:25 on October 31, dine at Beijing Dianchi Stone Pot Fish Restaurant (Wangjing Flagship Store);

At 14:00 on November 1, take the subway to Building 6, Yard 7, China Trade City;

From November 2nd to November 10th, stay at Beijing Victory Hotel;

On November 5th, at 11:44, I went shopping at Century Hualian 6688 Store in Beishatan (in front of Shengli Hotel); from 18:00 to 22:00, I went to Xiaoxianglou (Datun Road Store) for dinner;

At 10:00 on November 6, we will have dinner at Qinmen Xi'an Restaurant (Guoao Branch); in the afternoon, we will go to Miyuan Coffee House; in the evening, we will have dinner at Huangmen Laozao Hotpot (Asian Games Village Branch);

At 18:30 on November 8th, I went to Tunlaoer Farmhouse Iron Pot Stew (Olympic Village Store) for dinner.

Trajectory of new cases in Haidian District announced

Lin Hang, deputy district head of Haidian District, said that on November 10, two confirmed cases in Jilin Province involved close contacts in Haidian District:

Close contact 1 works at the China Petroleum Exploration and Development Research Institute on Xueyuan Road. He attended a meeting at Shengli Hotel in Chaoyang District from November 8 to 9, and had a spatial and temporal overlap with the confirmed case. He developed a fever on the 10th and was screened at the fever clinic, and the nucleic acid test result was negative.

Close contact 2, a total of 5 family members living with him, tested positive for nucleic acid on the 10th, including 4 confirmed cases and one asymptomatic infection. All of them have been transferred to designated hospitals for treatment.

Confirmed case 1: Female, living in Fuli Taoyuan C District, Haidian District, worked and had meals with confirmed cases in Jilin on October 25 and November 5, respectively. She felt discomfort in her throat on the 5th and had a fever on the 7th. On the morning of the 10th, she was notified by the CDC that she was a close contact. She took the initiative to request home isolation and report to the community. The nucleic acid test result of the CDC was positive. On the evening of the 10th, she was diagnosed as a confirmed case and transferred to Ditan Hospital for treatment.

Main activity tracks:

On November 1, I drove to Taiyanggong for work, had lunch at Huluwa Hotpot Restaurant, returned to work in the afternoon, and drove home in the evening;

On the morning of the 2nd, I took Line 13 from Huoying to the PetroChina Building at Dongzhimen Station and did not go out. At 17:00 in the afternoon, I got off work and took bus No. 966 from Xiangheyuan to Shuguangli, and then to the 17th floor of the PetroChina Kunlun Building in Taiyanggong, and then took a colleague's car home.

At 7:00 on the 3rd, he took Line 13 from Huoying to the Sinopec Building in Dongzhimen and did not go out; at 17:00 in the afternoon, after get off work, he took Line 13 from Dongzhimen to Lishuiqiao Metro Station, and at 18:40, he took a bus from Lishuiqiao to Dongli of the Building Materials City.

At 7:00 on the 4th, he took Line 13 from Huoying to Dongzhimen Sinopec Building and did not go out; at 17:40 in the afternoon, he took Line 13 from Dongzhimen to Huoying Metro Station and took a private car home.

At 6:30 on the 5th, he took Line 13 from Huoying to Dongzhimen PetroChina Building and did not go out. At 17:00 in the afternoon, he got off work and took a private car with two colleagues to Xiaoxianglou in Beishatan for dinner. At 23:00, he took a private car home. He felt discomfort in the throat that day.

I stayed at home and did not go out on the 6th and 7th.

On the 8th, he took the subway to the Dongzhimen Hospital of China University of Chinese Medicine for medical treatment, and then returned home and did not go out.

At 7:00 on the 9th, he took Line 13 from Huoying to Dongzhimen Sinopec Building and did not go out. At 16:40 in the afternoon, he took the subway from Dongzhimen Station and returned along the same route.

At 7:40 on the 10th, he took Line 13 from Huoying to Dongzhimen. On the way, he was notified that he was a close contact of a case in Jilin. He quickly returned home and did not go out, and took the initiative to report to the community.

Confirmed case 2: The husband of case 1, an employee of a company in the Innovation Building of Tsinghua Science Park. He has not been to the company since November 4, developed a fever on the 7th, and tested positive for nucleic acid on the 10th. He was later diagnosed as a confirmed case and has been transferred to a designated hospital for treatment.

Working from home on November 1st.

At 7:00 on the 2nd, I drove Case 1 to Huoying subway station and went home for breakfast. At 8:00, I drove to work. At 12:00 noon, I attended a meeting with 20 colleagues. At around 6:00 pm, I drove home and bought some fruit at the Fruit and Vegetable Shop in Baoshengli before going home.

The morning schedule on the 3rd was the same as on the 2nd. I had lunch in the cafeteria at 11:30 am, and then went to the Beijing Bank on Shuangqing Road to withdraw cash. I had a meeting at work in the afternoon, and drove home at 19:00.

On the 4th, he felt unwell and asked for leave to stay at home. At 14:00, he went to the Fuli Taoyuan Health Station to inquire about prescription matters, but did not enter the room. He then went to Longyuetang Pharmacy to buy Isatis root.

At 17:00 on the 5th, he drove to Qinghe No. 4 Primary School to pick up his child after school. At 22:00, he drove to Beishatan Victory Hotel to pick up Case 1 and take him home.

He stayed at home on the 6th and bought cold medicine at Longyuetang Pharmacy at 21:00.

Stay at home from 7th to 10th.

Confirmed cases 3 and 4: the father-in-law and mother-in-law of case 1, who are now retired;

From October 27 to November 10, he went shopping at Wumart Supermarket near the community. He usually stayed at home or just walked around the community. On November 10, the nucleic acid test was positive, and he was diagnosed as a confirmed case on the 11th.

Asymptomatic infected person: The daughter of Cases 1 and 2, a third-grade student at Qinghe No. 4 Primary School. The nucleic acid test result of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on November 10 was positive.
