Many friends said they had urticaria, and their bodies were extremely itchy, and they didn't get better after taking many medicines. I also had chronic urticaria 6 years ago, and it was really torturous! But later it was completely cured, and it hasn't recurred until now. Urticaria is characterized by wheals and itching, and is prone to recurrence. Chronic urticaria refers to wheals that occur daily or intermittently, lasting for >6 weeks. There are many factors causing the disease, including physical factors such as sunlight and hot and cold stimulation, food allergies, spoiled food and food additives, drugs, implants, etc. Endogenous causes are mostly persistent, such as bacterial infection, parasitic infection, Helicobacter pylori infection, mental stress, reduced immunity, etc. [1] I suffered from artificial urticaria + chronic urticaria, and I recovered without treatment. How did I do it? 1. Allergy medicine: I usually don't take allergy medicine, even for mild itching. I only take a tablet of allergy medicine after taking a shower or eating fish or shrimp to prevent urticaria. If it breaks out, don't scratch it, just bear with it! Because the more you scratch, the more it itches, and you want to scrape it with a knife. Allergy medicine cannot be taken alone. It is best to take it with vitamin C (I did this anyway). At the beginning, I would take a whole tablet. Later, I reduced it to 1/2 tablet, 1/3, and finally 1/4 tablet, but the vitamin C dose was not reduced. Sometimes I would take one more vitamin C tablet, depending on my diet that day. 2. Diet combination: Since urticaria is somewhat related to immunity, then we should find ways to improve it. Diet is the most important thing to change. As long as you eat according to the recommendations of the "Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents", there will generally be no problem. In terms of protein, it is recommended to eat enough of the following foods every day (raw weight): 1 egg 1 pack of milk (250~300ml) Palm-sized piece of lean meat (40-75g) 25g soybeans (5 mahjong-sized pieces of northern tofu or 1 fist of tofu shreds/skin) Seafood (8 shrimps or a palmful of fish) Cereals and potatoes 250-400g Eat 500g of vegetables every day, one fist of cooked vegetables is about 100g, and 200-350g of fruit every day, such as 1 big apple, 2 kiwis, 1-2 big oranges. Pay attention to consuming more fruits rich in vitamin C, such as kiwis, winter dates, oranges, grapefruits, etc. If you feel that you are not eating enough, take appropriate multivitamins. 3. Exercise: Exercise is absolutely necessary. Do at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day until you sweat a little. For example, brisk walking, jogging, playing ball, etc. Don't go swimming. The water in the pool is relatively cold, and it will be itchy after stimulation. Anaerobic exercise should not be ignored, 3 times a week, 20 minutes each time, such as dumbbells, elastic bands, and push-ups. In addition, you should also pay attention to drinking more water, at least 1700 ml for men and 1500 ml for women, not drinking or smoking, and eating less seafood. At the same time, it is recommended to go to the hospital for an allergen test, which is usually a blood test, about three or four hundred yuan, to understand your allergens and try to avoid contact and consumption. I persisted for about half a year, and urticaria no longer recurred. The above is my experience sharing, which can be used as a reference. I hope it can help friends who have the same problem.
