In fact, this is the consequence of skipping dinner.

However, it is not practical to achieve the goal of losing weight by simply skipping dinner. Not eating dinner will not only fail to lose weight, but will also have an adverse effect on your health. Three meals a day conform to the normal dietary law of the human body. If you violate this law and fail to take in enough energy on time, your body's metabolism will slow down, and the energy consumed by the body will be reduced, which is not conducive to weight loss.

Moreover, the human body needs energy to function. If you skip dinner for a long time, the calories you eat at breakfast and lunch will automatically turn into fat, which will increase your weight. And once you resume eating, your weight will rebound very quickly.

The correct way to lose weight is to control two "amounts", namely, the amount of exercise and the amount of food intake. Only by properly controlling these two and maintaining a healthy body can you achieve twice the result with half the effort.

What is the correct way to eat dinner?

1. Don’t overeat

Usually people are not as busy at night as they are during the day, so they have more time for dinner, so they tend to eat a lot and easily get full. In fact, a healthy dinner should not be too much, and you should eat as little as possible. Overeating or eating too much, and excessive energy intake can easily lead to obesity, which in turn causes other related diseases.

2. Don’t eat too late

Because of busy work, many people often work overtime on an empty stomach, eat dinner very late, and go to bed directly after eating. When people are in a sleeping state, the blood flow rate will slow down, and the urine excretion will also decrease. In addition to being absorbed by the body, the calcium salt in the diet must be excreted through urine. People who are sleeping cannot excrete it in time, which makes it easy to suffer from urethral stones.

3. Food should be light

Dinner should be eaten less, but not skipped, and should be light. If dinner is too greasy and high in calories, excess fat intake will cause elevated blood lipids, leading to arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease, and is also very harmful to people with liver and kidney diseases.

4. You should eat staple food

Some people think that staple food contains a lot of starch and carbohydrates, so they only eat vegetables and fruits for dinner. However, the nutrition in vegetables and fruits is relatively simple after all, and in order to satisfy the feeling of fullness, they will eat more, which will eventually lead to nutritional imbalance. In fact, any healthy diet cannot be without staple food, and the staple food for dinner can be mainly liquid food.
