What are the symptoms of premenopause in women?

Puberty represents the onset of menarche in girls, indicating that the reproductive organs of the body have begun to develop towards perfection, while menopause is the menopause stage for women, indicating that the menstrual period that has been with you for decades is about to say goodbye to you completely, and you are about to enter the "old age" stage. Women often experience menstrual periods and menopause, which are inseparable from the changes in growth hormones in the body.

Under the stimulation of estrogen and progesterone, the uterine wall of women will undergo regular rupture, and the detached uterine wall will be discharged from the body with menstruation. When reaching the middle-aged and elderly stage, the body's estrogen metabolism will gradually decrease until it is completely unable to meet the requirements of the uterus, and menopause will come. In terms of women's physical fitness, menopause is approximately 45-55 years old, and the age structure is 49 years old. In other words, if you are over 45 years old, you need to be aware of the coming of menopause. Especially when the following three symptoms appear, do not ignore them:

1. Irregular menstruation

Menopause is divided into three stages, namely early stage, menopause, and mid-to-late menopause, and these stages do not appear suddenly. Women will have varying degrees of menstrual irregularities in the early stages of their lives, which is also the most obvious menopausal change. Under normal circumstances, a woman's menstrual period is 21-28 days, and each menarche lasts about 3-7 days, but menopause is different. If your menstrual period has increased significantly recently, and the amount of menstruation has become smaller each time, and your menstrual period shows a light pink color, these are all signs of menopause. As your menstrual period continues to lengthen, your last menstrual period will say goodbye to you completely, which also means that you have happily passed menopause.

2. Redness and sweating

In the same room and at the same temperature, other people feel very comfortable, but I often experience intense heat spreading from the chest to the neck, face, etc., sweat flowing all over the body, and a feeling as if ants are crawling on me. However, this feeling will disappear within just a few tens of seconds or more than ten minutes, and will reappear at night. This is what is commonly referred to as "sweating" in clinical medicine. In addition to sweating, women in menopause are also prone to skin redness, mainly in the neck, chest, face, etc., with diffuse or lumpy redness, and chills after sweating a lot. Generally, flushing and sweating occur at the same time, and when women reach menopause, the symptoms will disappear.

3. Change of mindset

Women's menopause will become every man's nightmare, because women's mood changes are very unstable during this period, and they may have several typical manifestations such as irritability, anger, inexplicable sadness, depression, etc. Especially those who were originally gentle and optimistic, but often become irritable and angry recently, and will get angry or sad at the slightest trivial matter. This is all related to menopause; because women are in the menopausal stage, the hormones in their bodies fluctuate greatly, which in turn affects the nerve center and the nervous system, causing this kind of symptoms.

Menopause is a stage that every woman must go through. Whether it comes too early or too late, it is an abnormal signal. Especially if you haven't reached menopause by the age of 60, this does not mean that it is a healthy phenomenon. On the contrary, it will increase the probability of suffering from gynecological diseases, especially ovarian cancer, breast cancer, etc., which are easy to find women with late menopause. Menopause is not all bad. On the contrary, it means the beginning of a new stage of life. As a woman, try to regard menopause as the starting point of a better life. Don't miss your youth and lament the fleeting time. Maybe in the new stage, you will find different wonderful things.
