1. Acute diseases caused by eating

1. Acute pancreatitis

Overeating, high-fat diet, and drinking large amounts of alcohol will cause the various digestive juices secreted by the pancreas to be unable to enter the intestines in time to digest food. Instead, they will "flushed the Dragon King's Temple" and digest themselves, leading to severe abdominal pain, fever, abdominal infection, and even shock.

2. Acute gastroenteritis, acute cholecystitis, gastrointestinal bleeding, etc.

Irregular work and rest schedules, missed antihypertensive medications, insufficient rest overwork, a diet high in oil and salt, and large mood swings can all easily cause your blood pressure to fluctuate like a roller coaster.

2. Diabetes and its acute complications

Fluctuating food intake, varying amounts of exercise, untimely blood sugar monitoring, and irregular use of hypoglycemic drugs and insulin can all lead to high blood sugar levels and even induce diabetic ketoacidosis and hypoglycemia.

4. Seasonal Diseases

Respiratory tract infection, asthma, allergies, etc.: During the Spring Festival, the temperature fluctuates greatly. Elderly people with chronic diseases and poor resistance are more susceptible to infectious diseases, especially respiratory infections. Therefore, it is important to ventilate the room, keep warm, and add or remove clothes in time.
