Fungal vaginitis, vulvar swelling and pain

Gynecological inflammation has become a disease that puzzles many women. Among them, candidal vaginitis is a common and multiple vulvovaginal inflammation disease in women caused by Trichomonas. Because gynecological inflammation takes a long time to treat and can recur if not paid attention to, many female friends are troubled by this kind of disease.

The more typical symptom of candidal vaginitis is vulvar itching, and the itching symptoms are sometimes mild and sometimes severe. When the itching is severe, it can cause female friends to feel uneasy and lose their appetite. In severe cases of candidal vaginitis, symptoms such as painful urination and painful sexual intercourse may also occur. In addition to the above symptoms, it will also cause excessive vaginal discharge, and the discharge will be very thick, often showing tofu dregs or curd lumps.

Some female friends will experience swelling of the vaginal mucosa, and more serious patients will develop shallow ulcers. That is, swelling will occur above the private parts. At this time, the patient will feel uncomfortable in his body. But how to treat this kind of disease?

First of all, you need to go to the hospital for a routine examination of leucorrhea, which can usually be diagnosed as inflammation caused by Trichomonas. For simple candidal vaginitis, local medication is usually chosen as the main treatment. The symptoms will be relieved or disappear within two to three days after taking the medicine. At this time, you can use clotrimazole suppositories and vaginal suppositories once every three days, for a total of 2 times, and the condition will improve.

For the treatment of multiple mycotic vaginitis, the selected drugs are basically the same as those for simple mycotic vaginitis. However, whether it is local medication or systemic medication, the treatment time should be appropriately extended to achieve better results.

However, if the prognosis of candidal vaginitis can be done well, the probability of recurrence will be greatly reduced, even to 80% to 90%. However, the probability of multiple mycotic vaginitis is higher. Therefore, after the treatment is completed, the prognosis of the disease must be done well.
