How is fungus produced? What nutrients does fungus have?

People often say that black fungus is a "human vacuum cleaner". The main reason is that the colloid in black fungus can absorb and concentrate the dust and impurities remaining in the human digestive system and excrete them out of the body, thus playing a role in clearing the stomach and intestines. Black fungus is also very rich in iron, so eating black fungus regularly can nourish blood and keep the skin rosy and radiant, and can prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia. It also helps digest fiber substances. It has a dissolving and oxidizing effect on foreign matter such as hair, husks, wood residues, sand, metal shavings, etc. that are indigestible and accidentally eaten. In addition, it contains anti-tumor active substances, which can enhance the body's immunity. It seems that eating black fungus regularly in moderation is also very beneficial to the body.

How is wood ear produced?

The process of black fungus production:

The growth and development of black fungus is composed of basidiospore, mycelium, fruiting body, and basidiospore, which is called a life cycle or a generation.

The sexual reproduction of black fungus is carried out in the form of heterothallic combination, and the life cycle can only be completed by the combination of hyphae of different mating types. Black fungus is a heterothallic bipolar mating system, which is controlled by a single factor and has "ten" and "one" different sexes. After the basidiospores of different sexes germinate under suitable conditions, they produce monokaryotic hyphae, which are called primary hyphae.

The primary hyphae are multinucleate at the beginning, and soon they produce septa, dividing the hyphae into multiple mononucleate cells. When two mononucleate hyphae with "ten" and "one" respectively combine for nuclear pairing, binucleate secondary hyphae are produced, also called binucleate hyphae.

The mature fruiting body produces a rod-shaped basidium on its ventral surface. The basidium extends branches from the sides of the four cells, and the branches regenerate basidiospores. The basidiospores are ejected from the fruiting body through a special ejection organ, and are dispersed by the wind. They find a suitable substrate and start a new life cycle. Under suitable conditions, the entire life cycle of a generation takes about 60 to 90 days to complete.

What nutrients does fungus have

1. Fungus is extremely rich in iron, so eating fungus regularly can nourish blood, keep your skin rosy and radiant, and prevent and treat iron deficiency anemia.

2. Fungus contains vitamin K, which can reduce blood clots, prevent the occurrence of thrombosis, and prevent and treat atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease.

3. The gelatin in wood ear can absorb and concentrate the dust and impurities remaining in the human digestive system and excrete them out of the body, thereby playing a role in clearing the stomach and intestines.

4. It also helps digest fiber substances. It can dissolve and oxidize foreign matter that is indigestible, such as hair, husks, wood residues, sand, metal scraps, etc. that are accidentally eaten.

5. It also has a relatively significant dissolving function for endogenous foreign bodies such as gallstones and kidney stones.

6. Fungus contains anti-tumor active substances and can enhance the body's immunity.

When can't you eat fungus?

1. It is not advisable to eat fungus when eating foods that are incompatible with fungus:

1. Eating fungus and white radish together can cause dermatitis.

2. Eating black fungus and green radish together can cause dermatitis.

3. Eating black fungus and conch together will cause abdominal bloating.

4. Eating black fungus and snails together will cause poisoning.

5. Eating black fungus and Ophiopogon japonicus together can cause chest tightness.

2. People with certain characteristics or diseases should not eat fungus:

1. People with coagulation problems cannot eat black fungus.

2. People who already have high blood pressure, high blood lipids, and high blood sugar have a higher risk of eating black fungus. For example, patients with hemorrhagic stroke need to stop bleeding in the brain, but the anticoagulant function of black fungus may slow down the coagulation rate and increase the risk. Therefore, it is generally recommended to avoid eating a lot of black fungus before and after surgery and tooth extraction.

3. People with spleen and stomach problems cannot eat black fungus.

4. Patients with weak spleen and stomach constitution, such as cold stomach, indigestion, easy diarrhea, etc.

5. Patients with abdominal distension, pain, diarrhea, or acute gastroenteritis after consumption.

6. Women who feel weak or have cold pain in the abdomen during menstruation.

7. People with weak stomachs, such as the elderly, infants and young children.
