2 taels of soybean sprouts, 2 taels of vermicelli, 1 green pepper, 3 dried chilies, 1 scallion, 5 cloves of garlic, bean paste, MSG, chicken essence, sugar, and cooking oil.

practice:

1. Soak the vermicelli in cold water and cut into pieces about 20 cm long.

3. Boil water in a pot, pour in bean sprouts after the water boils, and blanch the green pepper shreds until cooked and then pour out.

4. Add a proper amount of oil to the pan, add dried chili peppers, scallions, garlic slices, and 7 grams of bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in bean sprouts and green pepper shreds, add half a spoon of water. Add 5 grams of MSG, 3 grams of chicken essence, and 3 grams of sugar. Finally, pour in the vermicelli and stir-fry over medium heat until the vermicelli becomes soft before serving.

Tips for stir-fried bean sprouts with vermicelli

1. Blanch the bean sprouts first, then rinse them with cold boiled water.

2. If you feel the food is sticking to the pan when frying, add some water.

3. If you like it, you can add more chili, so it tastes better

4. When making it, just boil the sweet potato noodles with hot water for a while, don't overcook it, then soak it in cold water for later use. This way the sweet potato noodles will taste better.

5. Bean sprouts are cool food, so you can add some ginger to add flavor or to neutralize the taste.
