How to stew beef brisket

4. Beef brisket is relatively easy to cook, and the time depends on the cooker. Generally, it takes more than half an hour in an iron pot and about 25 minutes in a pressure cooker.

5. Tips: Choose a piece of fresh beef brisket, do not stew it for too long, cut it into large pieces, control the heat well, and add an appropriate amount of hawthorn to shorten the stewing time of the beef brisket. The beef brisket will be delicious and not broken.

You can make more beef brisket soup. Cook a bowl of noodles, add vegetables, chili oil, and pour the beef brisket and soup on it. You can have two dishes at once.

Tips for making braised beef brisket softer

(1) Add hawthorn slices

Everyone knows that hawthorn is sour, and because of this, hawthorn can soften the beef fibers and make the beef softer when stewed. Therefore, when stewing beef brisket, you can throw a few slices of hawthorn into it, which will make the beef brisket stewed faster.

(2) Add some tea leaves

(3) Do not add cold water during the process

When stewing beef, add hot water. If you need to add water in the middle, you must add hot water, not cold water. However, it is best to add enough water at one time and not add water in the middle.
