1. Struggle for promotion

2. Conflict of Interest

As a result, cliques are formed to form factions, which confront other factions with conflicting interests. 3. Power struggle

There are also situations where true affinity is innate, where there is a situation where you look down on each other, can't get along with each other, and deliberately go against the other party's suggestion. This is the most immature struggle in the workplace.

What to do if there are cliques in the company

1. When it comes to personality conflicts, don’t help either side, just deal with the issue at hand

The struggle caused by personality differences is the easiest to deal with. You don't have to get yourself into trouble because of this conflict. If their struggle does not affect you, just ignore it and be a bystander.

If it affects you, then just deal with it based on the facts and treat it fairly and impartially, which will put you in a more advantageous position.

2. Don’t take sides easily when the situation is unclear

3. When choosing a team, it is better to choose a "bad guy" rather than a "pig" teammate.

Standing in a line means that you belong to a faction, a member of an interest group. At this point, you will become a target and be attacked by others.

Anyone will reuse you because of the value you embody, and you may become an important member of their team, so that you have the opportunity to quickly master important resources. Otherwise, you will always be a supporting role, used by others, and may be abandoned at some point.

5. Do a risk assessment and plan for the best and worst

In fact, standing in a team is like gambling or stock trading. There is no absolute certainty of winning. The biggest goal is to gain benefits without suffering losses. Therefore, before standing in a team, you must be prepared for the worst, that is, after failure, you must also have a coping strategy to preserve the existing interests, or even give up some interests to preserve yourself.

How to survive in the workplace
