PCR stands for polymerase chain reaction, which is an extracorporeal nucleotide addition technology that can increase the target gene or a DNA fragment to hundreds of thousands or even tens of millions of times in a short period of time, thereby increasing a certain amount of DNA for analytical research and testing and evaluation. Typical condyloma acuminatum can usually be diagnosed without laboratory tests. When the patient's symptoms are atypical and the location is atypical, especially in women, their vulva may have pseudo-warts similar to condyloma acuminatum, and laboratory tests are required to confirm the diagnosis.

How to screen for the four major gynecological cancers in women

1. Ultrasonic examination of the uterine wall. It is a common screening method in clinical medicine, but it has not yet been recognized. At present, there is no perfect and recognized screening method in the world. "Experts suggest that the general population can have an ultrasound once every one or two years, but key subjects should be strictly monitored, especially those whose uterine wall is more than 3mm, whose ultrasound echo is uneven, or who have abnormalities.

2. Intravaginal ultrasound tumor marker CA125/HE4. For women with hereditary ovarian cancer syndrome who give birth between the ages of 30 and 40, low-risk hystero-ovarian-bilateral salpingectomy can be strongly recommended, which is the most ideal anti-cancer method. If the patient does not want to undergo protective excision, it is recommended to perform vaginal ultrasound every 6 months starting at the age of 35. Do a tumor marker CA125 test on the 5th day of the menstrual cycle.

Women's reproductive health is something we all need to care about. Pay more attention to your fellow ladies. We should know and pay more attention to them, and go to the hospital for treatment in time if there are any problems with the body. We should have more knowledge and understanding of gynecological screening, etc., which can help us enjoy life with a healthy body!
