Heavy menstrual flow means that the menstrual volume exceeds 6 ml, and the daily menstrual volume reaches 60-8 ml or even 100 ml.

Calculated based on the number of times sanitary napkins are replaced, it is normal to change 4-6 sanitary napkins a day and no more than a few packs in each cycle. If using three packs of sanitary napkins each time is not enough and one sanitary napkin is completely wet, it means that the menstrual flow is too heavy.

Menstrual blood is generally dark red, non-coagulated, and contains cervical mucus and squamous epithelial cells in the vagina. Month often called liquid.
