Therefore, pregnant women should require 90-100 grams of protein per day. 3. It is not suitable for high-sugar and high-calorie diets. Pregnant women with high blood sugar are prone to giving birth to overweight babies, which can also easily cause fetal malformations and pregnancy toxemia.
