Why do my nipples hurt when my period doesn't come?

Why do my nipples hurt when my period doesn't come?

For most women, they will experience various physical discomforts before their period, the most obvious of which are backache, chest pain, and breast pain. Their temperament will also be irritable during this period. However, after the menstrual period is over, this condition cannot be cured. However, sometimes some women will experience breast pain that disappears but their menstrual period does not come. So what happens when the breast pain disappears but their menstrual period does not come?

My breast pain has subsided but my period hasn't come. What's going on?

First go to the hospital to diagnose whether you are pregnant. If it is clear, it should be premenstrual pain, which is one of the early menstrual tension syndromes. Many women have breast swelling, stuffiness, hardness, and tenderness 7-14 days before their menarche. In severe cases, the nipple may swell and become painful when the breast is subjected to slight vibration or impact. It is caused by the increase in estrogen levels in the body before menstruation, breast hyperplasia, and tissue edema. After menarche, the shift may resolve.

Some women experience breast pain before menstruation, which is a normal physiological phenomenon. However, the possibility of breast hyperplasia is not ruled out. Generally, breast hyperplasia will also cause breast swelling and pain before menstruation.

What should I do if my breast pain subsides but my period has not come?

1. Eat more nutritious foods in daily life, and avoid spicy, irritating foods, and cold foods.

2. During your menstrual period, you must keep warm and avoid catching a cold.

3. Whether at work or in daily life, you must relax your mind and don't over-tighten your accessories. Avoid stress as much as possible.

4. Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene to prevent infections caused by some gynecological inflammations. Especially during the menstrual period, there is no need for sexual intercourse. People with heavy menstruation do not need to take brown sugar.

5. Underwear must be soft, preferably pure cotton, which has strong breathability and is also beneficial to the physical and mental health of the human body. You should also wash and change your underwear frequently, and make sure to keep it out of direct sunlight after washing.

6. If your period does not come, you should first check whether you are pregnant. Then some targeted treatments were carried out. No matter what kind of treatment is used, it needs to be done for 3 cycles, but there are also very few women who recover after only 1 cycle of treatment.

The absence or delay of women's menstruation may be caused by various reasons, sometimes it is just because of work pressure and irritability, sometimes it is caused by endocrine disharmony. You cannot just rely on the disappearance of breast pain as the only criterion. Maintain a healthy and positive stress-relieving mental state, and the menstrual period will come soon.
