What causes breast lobular hyperplasia

What causes breast lobular hyperplasia

Due to the increase in the incidence of lobular breast hyperplasia, more and more women want to treat lobular breast hyperplasia, and there are many treatments for lobular breast hyperplasia, but many people are still troubled by lobular breast hyperplasia. So, what causes lobular breast hyperplasia?

Causes of lobular breast hyperplasia

There are many reasons for lobular hyperplasia of the breast, but the key is closely related to endocrine imbalance or mental emotions. The breasts of women of childbearing age are controlled by the secretion of the uterus and ovaries. Once the ovaries are affected by certain factors, such as bad temper, emotional discomfort, excessive fatigue, disharmonious marital life, changes in living environment, or eating too much health foods containing growth hormone and long-term use of skin care products containing growth hormone ingredients, etc., they can cause the imbalance of estrogen and progesterone metabolism in the human body or disorder of metabolism and cause breast tissue hyperplasia.

Prevention of lobular breast hyperplasia

1. Women aged 20-35 should undergo infrared or breast surgery examination every three years;

2. Women over 50 should have sex once a year;

3. For key groups (family history of breast disease, ovarian cancer, ductal carcinoma), women with moderate to severe hyperplasia should be examined once every six months for dynamic observation.

4. Women over 35 years old should do it once every 1-2 years;

5. Reduce the frequency of abortion to reduce the chance of breast hyperplasia;

6. Live a regular life and do moderate exercise. Usually, you should arrange your time reasonably, get enough sleep, and avoid staying up late;

7. Appropriately carry out fitness exercises such as jogging and chest expansion to improve chest fitness;

8. Breastfeeding time should be sufficient. If women do not breastfeed after giving birth or do not breastfeed for more than 8 months, it will lead to milk stasis and increase the chance of breast disease;

9. Avoid the use of hormone drugs and beauty skin care products;

10. It is best not to wear a bra that is too tight or has a squeeze-shaped breast augmentation effect, which affects the basic metabolism and lymphatic return of the breasts and causes breast hyperplasia;

11. Supplements and foods that reduce high-efficiency energy;

12. The diet should be light in flavor. Eat more green leafy vegetables and fruits. Do not take propolis capsules, royal jelly, bee pollen and some raw materials and oils containing growth hormones on your own without a doctor's advice. Especially women in menopause should not rely on these supplements to change the current situation of low estrogen levels.
