What does menstrual bleeding mean?

As the saying goes, women are a kind of wonderful microorganisms. Why do I say that? I believe everyone has guessed or understood something, right? This refers to women's menstrual period. During women's menstrual period, they may experience "continuous bleeding for seven days". But now more and more women are experiencing menstrual bleeding, which sounds like a very bad condition.

What does menorrhagia mean?

Menstrual bleeding is mainly a disease name in traditional Chinese medicine, which refers to a disease in which a woman's physiological cycle, menstrual period time and menstrual volume are seriously disturbed. When a woman suddenly has a lot of bleeding during her menstrual period, we call this situation "melanocephalus". After the symptoms ease in the middle and late stages, the woman's bleeding is relatively less, but it is still frequent, which we call "leakage".

The occurrence of metrorrhagia is not group-specific. It may occur in women who have just had their first menstruation or in women who have gone through menopause. When metrorrhagia occurs, the condition is very harmful to women, affecting both their fertility and health. Although metrorrhagia is a common gynecological disease, it is also a difficult disease and is relatively difficult to treat.

How to treat metrorrhagia?

1. Blood circulation treatment

1. Progesterone value drugs: Lutein copper 2b 250g/day, intramuscular injection for 3 days; Angong progesterone 8-16mg/day, Funing tablets 4-8mg/day or Fukang tablets 2.5-5.Omg/day, for 5 days, taken orally. For those who have been amenorrhea for a long time and have thick endometrium, testosterone propionate can be used in addition, 25 mg/day for young people and 5-250 g/day for the elderly, by intramuscular injection for 3-5 days. Suitable for patients with hemoglobin exceeding 6 grams and menopausal women with functional uterine bleeding.

2. Traditional Chinese medicine preparation of female hormone: 2 mg of diethylstilbestrol, once every 6-8 hours. Reduce the dose by 1/3 3 days after the bleeding stops, and maintain the dose at 0.5 mg/day until 20 days after the bleeding stops. Or use 2n estradiol benzoate, injected intramuscularly once every 6-8 hours. The descent method is the same as above. After the bleeding stops, switch to oral administration of diethylstilbestrol. It is suitable for adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding who suffer from subacute internal bleeding and significant anemia.

3. Other hemostatic drugs: such as Anluoxue, hemostatic min, hemostatic aromatic acid, vitamin B12, etc., but the actual effect is not ideal, so it is only used as an auxiliary measure for promoting blood circulation.

2. Regulate physiological cycle (use after bleeding stops)

1. Artificial cycle treatment (see oligomenorrhea). Artificial cycle therapy refers to simulating the endocrine changes of the uterus and ovaries in the natural menstrual cycle, using estrogen and estradiol sequentially or in combination to cause relative changes in the uterine wall and produce regular vaginal release. That is, in the case of ovarian insufficiency, exogenous estrogen and estradiol are artificially supplemented according to the regularity of the physiological activities of the uterus and ovaries.

2. Estrogen-progestin synergistic treatment: generally using contraceptive pills.
