Ornidazole effervescent tablets 200 mg, qn, and used for 7 to 10 days; or 2% clindamycin cream applied vaginally, 5 g each time, qn, and used for 7 days; or ornidazole 400 mg, taken orally, 2 to 3 times a day, and used for 7 days, or clindamycin 300 mg, bid, 7 days. Or you can try Chinese medicine such as the anti-leucorrhea recipe or the Wuwei Xiaodu Drink. Pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene, enhance resistance and avoid sources of infection.
