Of course, if the B-ultrasound examination finds that the left uterus and ovary are normal and can ovulate normally, then it is possible that it is an accidental situation that has caused the right ovulation period to continue for more than a year.

Therefore, if the ovulation period is always on the right side for more than a year, it does not necessarily mean that there is a problem with the uterus and ovaries. We need to go to the hospital for examination first. Through B-ultrasound examination, we can understand the condition of the uterus and ovaries on both sides. Generally speaking, if there is a problem with one ovary, you can only rely on the other ovary to ovulate, so there will be a situation where the right side ovulates for more than a year. However, if the ovulation functions of both uterus and ovaries are normal according to B-ultrasound, then if the ovulation period on the right side continues for more than a year, it may really be a matter of luck.
