What causes breast hyperplasia symptoms

What causes breast hyperplasia symptoms

Cystoma is neither a tumor nor an inflammation. From the histological point of view, it is the hyperplasia and degeneration of breast tissue, which is closely related to endocrine and nervous dysfunction. The disease is more common in middle-aged women, but also occurs in adolescents and postmenopausal women. Nowadays, 50%-70% of urban working women have varying degrees of breast hyperplasia.

Fibrocystic breast disease is often manifested by breast pain and breast lumps. The harm is not caused by the disease itself, but by mental stress and worry about whether you have breast cancer or will develop cancer in the future.

There are many pathological types of breast hyperplasia, such as simple lobular hyperplasia (accounting for the vast majority of breast hyperplasia). As long as you pay attention to adjusting your mentality and relieve stress, it can be gradually alleviated. If lobular hyperplasia of the breast is accompanied by hyperplasia of ductal epithelial cells and shows moderate to severe atypia, it is an early stage of cancer (accounting for a very small proportion) and requires active treatment and regular maintenance to prevent it from happening.

Under the action of endocrine hormones, especially estrogen, the breast also undergoes changes in proliferation and regeneration along with the changes in the physiological cycle. Due to some reasons, endocrine hormone metabolism disorders and increased estrogen levels may lead to excessive breast tissue proliferation and incomplete recovery. After a period of time, the hyperplastic breast tissue cannot completely disappear, resulting in breast hyperplasia.

Fibrocystic breast disease is caused by endocrine nerve dysfunction. If the breast pain is mild, you can adjust your mental state and relieve work pressure. If the pain is severe, Chinese medicine treatment is strongly recommended and regular follow-up visits are recommended.

1. Psychotherapy

The occurrence of breast hyperplasia is usually related to fatigue, irregular daily life, tension and anxiety, and excessive work pressure. The first step in treating breast hyperplasia is to relieve daily life and stress, eliminate worries, be happy and calm, and the symptoms can be alleviated.

2. Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that breast hyperplasia originates from liver qi stagnation, which then causes blood stasis and phlegm to turn into lumps. The treatment should be to soothe the liver and regulate qi, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, and resolve lumps. Bupleurum, red peony root, Cyperus rotundus, tangerine leaf, Salvia miltiorrhiza, and earthworms are commonly used medicines in traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions. Some patients can also take Chinese herbal prescriptions, such as: Xiaojieling, Rukuaixiao, Runing, Rukangpian, Xiaoyaosan or Danzhixiaoyaosan (jiaweixiaoyaosan), etc. Under the premise of other breast malignant tumors, Chinese medicine external treatment methods can also be used, such as: Chinese herbal bras, Chinese medicine acupuncture, massage, etc.

3. Drug treatment

Hormones, iodine Chinese medicine preparations and tamoxifen can be used to relieve pain, but they are not preferred because of certain side effects. Vitamins D, B6, and E also have the function of regulating sex hormones and can be used as auxiliary medications for breast hyperplasia.

4. Surgery

Cystoma hyperplasia is caused by endocrine and metabolic disorders and has no surgical indications. In clinical medicine, if certain breast lumps are difficult to distinguish from breast cancer, surgical removal can be used and the diagnosis can be confirmed by pathophysiological examination.
