The area of the vulva that is prone to hematoma due to local injury

The female vulva can be affected by external factors and may also cause private injuries. It may also be caused by accidental injuries or sexual life injuries, which may lead to private ruptures or cysts. We should pay attention to avoid them in our daily lives to avoid the serious injuries caused by private injuries. So where are the parts of the private parts that are prone to cysts?

Private cyst

The most common causes of blood in the private parts are injuries and bruises, and it is also common to see harm from sexual intercourse. The subcutaneous tissue and submucosal tissue of the private parts are loose and have numerous blood vessels. Once a blood vessel ruptures, it is easy to form a cyst, and some tissues will often experience obvious swelling, a feeling of heaviness and severe pain.

The cyst can spread upward through the tissues near the female vagina to the lata tendon and even the fat cyst near the kidney. Severe bleeding may lead to exudative shock. Examination of the private area revealed that the skin was swollen and shiny, dark purple in color, and more severe cysts extended to the toes.

The cyst has a very strong bearing capacity and is obviously painful to the touch. If there are lacerations on the surface, there will be bleeding. Those with private cysts should undergo a detailed examination to check whether there are any lacerations in the urethral opening, female vagina, etc. Private cysts are prone to distributed system infection and should be treated with caution.

The hymen is broken

It is mostly caused by the first sexual intercourse. The degree of laceration is different. Generally, the damage is not serious, with only bleeding and pain, and most of them can heal. Inspection revealed a small crack on the hymen, the edge of the crack was dark red with a small amount of blood.

However, if the couple has rough or incorrect postures during intercourse, or if the vagina is shortened in postpartum women, middle-aged women, or women after surgery, it can often cause serious lacerations and even involve the lower part of the vulva, fornix, or vestibule, which can lead to severe bleeding.

The extent of the laceration can be determined by private and vaginal examination. In addition, accidental injuries can also cause rupture of the hymen.

Private parts Pregnant women Pregnant women Childbirth hazards

The common causes of harm to the private parts of pregnant women during childbirth include thick vulva, excessive labor force, large fetus, transverse fetal position and improper operation process. The clinical manifestations are partial bleeding and pain. During the examination, fissures may be found in the functional part of the vestibule, near the urethral opening, on the inner side of the vulva, on the vulva and in the female vagina: sometimes cysts may appear in multiple soft tissues.

Perineal lacerations can be divided into three degrees:

First degree laceration: refers to the tearing of the vulva skin, mucosa, labia frenulum, vestibular mucosa, female vaginal mucosa, etc., but without invading the muscle layer, and generally there is very little bleeding;

Blood second degree laceration: refers to the tearing and invasion of the pelvic floor muscles and muscle fascia, such as the bulbospongiosus muscle, superficial transverse muscle of the vulva and levator anus muscle, but the anus opening is still detailed;

Supplementary second-degree laceration: refers to the complete or partial tearing of the anus, and even the anterior wall of the duodenum can be torn. In the latter two cases, there is more bleeding. If it is not treated surgically and sutured immediately, shock may be caused by continuous bleeding.
