A pimple grew in the private part

If you have a rash on your private part, the first possibility is folliculitis, a skin disease caused by bacteria or bacterial infection. It is quite common in clinical medicine. The rash can be single or multiple. The second is sebaceous cyst, which is usually a rash in the deepest part of the subcutaneous tissue. The third is common warts or genital warts. Genital warts are a skin disease caused by viral infection. Genital warts usually appear as cauliflower-like growths, but the patient's initial rash may be mung bean-sized papules.

A rash appeared on the private part, which may be caused by folliculitis. Folliculitis is caused by bacterial infection. At this stage, you can observe it first. If there is no itching, tingling, or pus in the area, no special treatment is required. In the near future, you must pay attention to your own hygiene, clean the vulva frequently and keep it dry to effectively prevent bacterial infection.

If you have a rash on your private parts, you can apply ointment to relieve it. Considering that it is caused by not paying attention to the hygiene of the genitals or eating too much spicy food, it may also be caused by staying up late and not sleeping well for a long time. It is recommended that you go to a regular hospital's gynecology department for another check-up, find out the cause and then treat it symptomatically. Don't eat spicy food or cold and irritating food for the time being. Eat a light diet, drink plenty of water, ensure adequate sleep, and don't stay up late. It is estimated that everything will be better in a few days.

A rash on your private parts may also be vulvar cancer. Vulvar cancer accounts for about 2%-5% of female genital malignant tumors, 95% of which are squamous cell tumors, and the others are malignant melanoma, verrucous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, etc. Vulvar cancer is common in middle-aged women, most of which occur in postmenopausal women. It usually occurs in the labia majora, followed by the labia minora, vaginal vestibule and clitoris. The vast majority of patients have a history of vulvar itching, vulvar ulcers or vaginal dysfunction, genital warts and other main manifestations for many years before the onset of the disease. In the late stage, patients also have increased purulent or pink secretions, painful urination and other discomforts.

The cause of vulvar cancer is still unclear. At present, human papillomavirus infection (HPV) is considered to be the main cause of vulvar cancer. In rare cases, vulvar cancer is associated with vulvar leukoplakia, vulvar atrophy, private inflammation, private condyloma acuminatum and other reproductive tract infections (such as syphilis).

The preferred treatment for vulvar cancer is surgery, followed by tumor radiotherapy. If vulvar cancer can be diagnosed and treated early, the prognosis is good. For patients with contraindications to surgical treatment or those in the terminal stage who are not suitable for surgical treatment, tumor radiotherapy has a certain effect.

Seek medical attention immediately

In daily life, we should be alert to various discomforts of the vulva, such as long-term vulvar nodules, vulvar itching, etc., and seek medical attention in time, especially vulvar ulcers that are difficult to cure. If vulvar cancer cannot be ruled out through routine examination, the diseased tissue should be taken for pathological examination in time. Those diagnosed with vulvar cancer should actively seek medical treatment. Ensure early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
