Which comes first, menopause or menopause?

Female menopausal syndrome, also known as female menopausal syndrome, refers to a series of systemic nervous system dysfunction problems caused by estrogen fluctuations or decreases around the time of menopause in women. Menopause can be divided into two types: natural menopause and artificial menopause. Of course, menopause refers to the exhaustion of eggs in the ovaries, or the remaining eggs no longer respond to gonadotropins. The eggs no longer grow and secrete estrogen, and cannot stimulate the growth of the uterine wall, causing menopause.

Everyone's physique is different, so there are also great differences in the age of menopause and menopause in women. In my country, women generally start to experience menopause at the age of 40, with symptoms such as ovarian failure, irregular menstruation, or medication reduction. The end of menstruation usually occurs between the ages of 45 and 55. For most people, it occurs between the ages of 50 and 55, while for a small number of people it is delayed until after the age of 60.

Menopause is marked by the time of a woman's last menstrual period. Menopause means the decline of the ovaries, the lack of estrogen metabolism, the end of menstruation, and the cessation of reproductive function. Menopause is generally divided into two stages: premenopause and late menopause. Menopause can cause some discomfort due to the sudden and significant lack of estrogen. For many people, it can occur in the early stage of menopause, while for some people, the symptoms are more obvious in the late stage of menopause. It is often manifested by changes in mood and attitude, irritability, irritability, insomnia, anxiety, paroxysmal flushing of the face, sweating, sweating, itchy skin, sometimes a crawling feeling on the skin, and the skin loses elasticity, wrinkles increase, muscles gradually relax, pain from time to time, fatigue or drowsiness, etc. This condition is called female menopausal syndrome.

Is it better to have menopause later?

Generally speaking, there is no uniform time for women to go into menopause. According to incomplete statistics, approximately 90%-95% of women will go into menopause between the ages of 50 and 55; 3%-5% of women will go into menopause between the ages of 40 and 50; and approximately 2%-4% of women will go into menopause around the age of 60.

Menopause before the age of 40 is called "early menopause" in medicine, and menopause after the age of 55 is called "late menopause". Neither too early nor too late menopause is good. Among them, the factors that affect the early, middle and late menopause of women are directly related to the woman’s own physical fitness, daily nutrition, whether the body has diseases, whether the life is harmonious, whether the spirit is happy, whether the relationship between husband and wife is harmonious, etc.
