What is the reason for bleeding in women

There are many common diseases among women. When treating gynecological diseases, you cannot choose treatment methods casually. Especially when treating gynecological diseases, you must take the initiative of women. Only in this way can you help improve the symptoms. Common gynecological diseases among women are vaginitis and endometritis. These diseases are very threatening to women's bodies. What is the reason for bleeding in women?

Reasons for bleeding in women:

1. Symptoms of vaginitis.

(1) Trichomonas vaginitis: When severe candidal vaginitis occurs, the vaginal mucosa may be covered with a milky white film-like substance. After wiping it off, superficial ulcers or erosions may be seen on the vaginal wall, and the surface of the ulcer may bleed. Most patients have vulvar itching and pain and dreg-like leucorrhea. When suffering from senile vaginitis, the patient's vaginal wall may also have small blood spots, usually in very small amounts, with more common secretions containing blood and accompanied by vulvar itching and pain.

(2) Vaginal tumors: When tumors such as vaginal cancer grow on the vaginal wall, the surface of the tumor may become necrotic and ulcerated due to infection, causing non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina, which is usually minimal.

(3) Vaginal injury: Foreign bodies in the vagina can damage the vaginal wall and cause bleeding. Because the vaginal wall of postmenopausal women is thin, they may also suffer from vaginal injury during sexual intercourse, which can lead to vaginal bleeding.

2. Cervical disease .

(1) Cervical inflammation: Vaginal bleeding may occur when suffering from cervical cysts or cervical erosion. Blood is often found in the secretions, and the bleeding is often irregular. When suffering from cervical tuberculosis, the diseased tissue may form ulcers, and when the ulcers rupture, vaginal bleeding will occur; sometimes the diseased tissue is in the form of lumps or nipples, and because the material is too brittle, it is also easy to bleed.

(2) Cervical cancer: When the tumor invades the intracellular blood vessels of the cervix, vaginal bleeding may occur. Initially, it is irregular bleeding, which then develops into a small amount of irregular vaginal bleeding, and in the late stage, the bleeding increases, and even internal bleeding.

3. Uterine mucus disease.

(1) Endometritis: In subacute endometritis, the uterine wall is hematoma and edema, and in severe cases, ulcers may occur on the surface of the endometrium, resulting in excessive menstrual flow or continuous vaginal bleeding. In chronic endometritis, the reconstruction and repair of the uterine wall are affected, resulting in increased menstrual flow or prolonged menstrual duration, or non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina. In addition, when suffering from uterine wall tuberculosis, the uterine wall may also be damaged, ulcers may occur on the surface, and then cause non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina.

(2) Uterine tumors: Uterine fibroids not only hinder the normal contraction and blood circulation function of the uterus, but also expand the area of the uterine cavity due to the growth of uterine fibroids toward the uterine body, causing the cavity to deform and affecting the normal descent of the uterine wall. Submucosal uterine fibroids are even prone to necrosis and infection. These reasons may cause heavy menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual period, or non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina. Uterine polyps can also cause the above symptoms by increasing the area of uterine wall or secondary infection. When suffering from endometrial cancer or uterine sarcoma, a small amount of non-menstrual bleeding in the vagina or abnormal uterine bleeding after menopause may also occur. Function-imbalanced uterine bleeding is often manifested by abnormalities in the menstrual cycle and menstrual period. The bleeding may be more or less, intermittent, or even continuous. Among these, 90% of patients are anovulatory males with abnormal uterine bleeding. The cause of abnormal uterine bleeding due to functional imbalance is that factors such as fatigue, mental anxiety, and environmental damage affect the linkage mechanism between the brain-pituitary-uterine ovarian axis of the body, causing ovarian imbalance and estrogen secretion disorder, which in turn causes abnormal regular changes in the uterine wall.

These symptoms are all causes of vaginal bleeding in women. When women experience such conditions, they must undergo a physical examination in time, so that they can choose the appropriate method for treatment. The treatment of these symptoms in women also requires long-term development, so women must cooperate closely to help improve the symptoms.
