1. Muscle strain. Keeping the head and neck in a single posture for a long time, such as working with the head lowered for a long time, can easily cause cervical spondylosis.

2. Traumatic head and neck. 50% of cervical spondylotic myelopathy is related to cervical trauma. In some patients, the cervical vertebrae are in a critical state of narrowness due to cervical spondylosis, cervical disc bulging, and soft tissue degeneration in the spinal canal. Neck trauma often causes the disease.

3. Poor posture. Such as watching TV series, reading books, sleeping with high pillows, sitting down to sleep, etc.; sleeping in a car, the muscle protection function is poor when sleeping, and the neck injury is most likely to occur.

4. Chronic infection. The main disease is tonsillitis, followed by caries, periodontitis, otitis media, etc.

5. Rheumatism and cold factors. Rheumatic and cold elements in the external environment can reduce the body's tolerance to pain, causing muscle spasms, vasoconstriction, slowed lymphatic return, and obstructed blood circulation in soft tissues, leading to aseptic inflammation.

6. Incomplete development of the cervical vertebrae structure. Congenital small spinal canal and cervical vertebra degeneration are the basic causes of some cervical spondylosis.

Diagnosis of latissimus dorsi pain should be done:

1. There are many types of cervical spondylosis and the symptoms are also complicated. The neck, shoulder and back pain caused by it, in addition to neck, shoulder and back soreness, pain, neck stiffness and other discomforts, there are also numbness and fatigue in the limbs, and even dizziness and headache. The medical history is relatively long, with recurrent pain in the head, neck, shoulders, back, and arms, accompanied by corresponding tender points.

2. Damp phlegm: Feeling and sleep quality: body is tired, hands and feet are cold, chest tightness and shortness of breath, cough and phlegm, easy to feel sleepy, joint pain, skin numbness, stomach discomfort

Inspection

Cervical spine X-ray, CT and MRI examinations can reveal hyperplasia of the cervical vertebral hook joint, stenosis of the intervertebral foramen, vertebral instability, cervical disc protrusion, etc. Vertebral artery angiography can reveal vertebral artery stenosis or distortion.

Latissimus dorsi pain disease prevention and treatment:

1. Pay attention to arrange your time properly to avoid tendon and muscle strain. Long-term computer operation can cause soreness and pain in the hand joints, wrists, arm muscles, backpack, neck, back and other parts of the body. Therefore, operators should take a 10-minute break after one hour of work, or do some exercises during the work break.

2. Pay attention to eye hygiene. The distance between your eyes and the manuscript, and between your eyes and the screen should be maintained at a 50-degree angle. When working, you should apply anti-electromagnetic radiation skin care oil on your face and hands.

3. Pregnant women should not use computers for more than 20 hours a week. It is necessary to avoid long-term sitting causing poor blood flow in the pelvis, and ensure relaxation; pay attention to the coordination of the height of the computer and the seat posture to allow the fetus to grow healthily.
