The enlarged uterus during pregnancy compresses the rectum, and hormonal changes in the body during pregnancy reduce intestinal motility, which is the main cause of constipation in pregnant women. Treatment options include:

Live a regular life, get enough sleep, and develop a good habit of defecating every day;

Eat more fruits and crude fiber foods;
