Women occasionally experience anal pain

Generally, the surface of the entire human urethra is covered with a layer of mucus like a protective film, which can prevent bacteria from adhering to it and invading the tissues. Because the female vagina is adjacent to the stomach and anus, many intestinal bacteria can also break into the vagina and run rampant. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the vaginal mucosa will breed a large number of common bacteria Lactobacillus gingivitis, making the vagina acidic to prevent the invasion of foreign bacteria. When these natural defense functions are lost due to congenital deficiencies or non-hereditary changes, women will be prone to vaginal or urethral infections.

1. Obstruction of urine metabolism: such as tumors or stones blocking the urethra; cystocele changes the structure and function of the urethra.

2. Changes in common vaginal bacteria: caused by the use of contraceptives, spermicides, drug abuse, and lack of male hormones in menopausal women.

3. Damage to the thickness of the urethral mucus protective layer: such as urethral device surgery or catheterization.

When the vagina or urethra is infected and inflamed, it will be painful when urine passes through that point; when you are allergic to soap, handkerchiefs, lubricants, vaginal cleansers, contraceptive sponges or foam, urination will also be painful; bladder inflammation or tumors (uterine fibroids, ovarian tumors compressing the bladder, urethral stones can all cause urination pain; if you need to receive chemical cancer drugs or pelvic radiotherapy due to cancer, it will also cause bladder inflammation and urination pain).

In the human detoxification system, the kidneys are the area that produces urine, the urethra is like the detoxification system, the upstream and downstream of the urethra, the bladder is the collection area, and the urethral opening is like the middle and lower reaches of the urethra, which can discharge urine out of the body. However, the length of female urethra is shorter than that of male urethra, and it is adjacent to the vagina, so it is easy for bacteria to flow back, especially after sexual intercourse, which is why "honeymoon cystitis" is caused.
