I have a slight pain in my stomach after seeing blood and want to poop

Entering the late stage of pregnancy, the long-awaited baby is about to come into this world. I believe that many pregnant women will become anxious and excited. The due date is approaching, and some pregnant mothers will show some signs of delivery. What's going on? If you have spotting during pregnancy, have slight abdominal pain and want to defecate? This is a sign before a pregnant woman gives birth. It is best for everyone to go to the hospital to give birth immediately.

I have spotting during pregnancy and my abdomen hurts a little and I want to defecate. What's going on?

If you have spotting during pregnancy and feel a slight pain in your abdomen, it is a sign of impending labor and you should be hospitalized for delivery as soon as possible. Regular uterine contraction pain near the due date, spotting during pregnancy, and amniotic fluid splitting are all signs of labor. In particular, if the pregnant woman is suffering from amniotic fluid splitting, she should seek medical attention as soon as possible.

What are the signs before a pregnant woman gives birth?

1. Lower abdominal distension

Because the fetus is exposed first in a lower position, the pregnant mother's pelvic bladder, duodenum and other tissues are compressed, and she often feels lower abdominal distension, frequent urination, back pain, etc.

2. Relaxed feeling in the abdomen

1-2 weeks before delivery, pregnant women often feel that their upper abdomen is more comfortable than before, their breathing is more cheerful, and their appetite increases because the fetus's exposed position descends into the pelvis and the bottom of the uterus shrinks.

3. False contractions

Pregnant women often experience irregular uterine contractions 1-2 weeks before delivery, which are different from the uterine contractions before and after delivery:

The duration is short, the intervals are long and irregular, the intensity of uterine contraction does not increase, uterine contraction only causes mild distension and pain and is limited to the lower abdomen, and the cervical opening does not expand with it. A small amount of sedatives can suppress this "false contraction".

4. Amniotic fluid discharge during pregnancy

A few hours before delivery, amniotic fluid will be discharged from the female vagina. This is an important sign of labor. Once the expectant mother finds this situation, she should go to the hospital first.

5. Spotting during pregnancy

24-48 hours before delivery, some mucus mixed with blood will be discharged from the pregnant mother's vagina, which is called pregnancy spotting. This is because the lower segment of the uterus and the cervix expand, the surrounding fetal membrane separates from the endometrium, the capillaries rupture and bleed, and the bloody viscous secretions are mixed with the mucus in the cervix to form a bloody viscous secretion, which is a more reliable signal of labor. If there is a lot of vaginal bleeding that exceeds the menstrual volume, you should be aware that this may not be a sign of delivery, but may be an exudative disease in late pregnancy, such as placenta previa, placental abruption, etc.

6. Broken water

Before and after delivery, the frequency of uterine contractions increases, the amniotic sac of the pregnant woman ruptures, and clear light yellow water flows out of the vagina with a fishy smell that cannot be controlled. When the amniotic fluid of a pregnant woman is discharged, the umbilical cord of the fetus may slip off. If the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck, the baby will die. Therefore, if the amniotic membrane ruptures first during labor and the amniotic fluid of the pregnant woman is lost, she should lie down first and be sent to the hospital for delivery.

What's going on when I have spotting during pregnancy and feel a slight pain in my abdomen and want to defecate? It is a sign before pregnant women give birth. When the due date is approaching, if you experience spotting, amniotic fluid rupture, abdominal pain and uterine contractions, it means that the baby is about to be born. At this time, you need to bring maternity and baby products with you to the hospital for delivery in time, and welcome the arrival of the newborn together.
