Why do people with adenomyosis experience menstrual pain? Even if the pain during menstruation is gone, why is there still pain after menstruation? Why is there pain in between menstrual periods? Many patients' experience with adenomyosis can be summed up in one word: pain! We all know that the most typical symptom of adenomyosis is menstrual pain, but for some patients, the end of menstruation does not mean that the pain will temporarily end. A large number of adenomyosis patients also suffer from postmenstrual pain and non-menstrual pain. Method/Process 1Why does adenomyosis cause postmenstrual pain? All of them are caused by the disease "edema". Why does adenomyosis cause menstrual pain? The reason why adenomyosis also causes dysmenorrhea is that the endometrial bleeding in the myometrium is disordered and cannot be cleared, resulting in disease. The existence of the disease will cause the capillaries in the myometrium to dilate, the blood volume to increase, and the uterus to spasm and contract during each menstrual period, causing dysmenorrhea. 2Why does postmenstrual pain occur? Director Xie Junmin said that adenomyosis has a great response to estrogen. If the estrogen level is high, it is easy to be "excited". This "excitement" will cause edema. Once swollen, the uterus will be under too much pressure and pain will occur. Therefore, the disease will cause edema during menstruation, and the edema does not completely disappear after the menstruation is over, but still exists. So, the pain will still occur after the menstrual period is over. The pain duration of each person is different and is related to their own condition. Why does it hurt between periods? The ovulation period is usually between two menstrual periods. During the ovulation period, women's estrogen is very high. When this estrogen rises to a relatively high level, it will stimulate the disease and cause disease edema. Therefore, the pain manifestations of patients with adenomyosis are all very strange. Most people feel pain during menstruation, some feel pain even when they are not menstruating, and some feel pain between menstruation. It is generally believed that these are all related to estrogen. 4How to reduce the swelling of the disease? As for how to "reduce swelling", there is really no good method at this stage. Generally, some antiviral drugs can be used for edema through intravenous drip. Intravenous drip may be effective at the beginning. For example, when you just find that adenomyosis is very painful, it is more effective to give antiviral drugs. However, after three months of infusion, the actual effect is not good. In short, there is no good method for edema now. The most complete nature is to eliminate disease. But you don't want to have surgery now, so you can only try antiviral drugs or take some painkillers to temporarily relieve the pain! |
